Quality can of course be measured. And that's what we do. But in our view, quality is primarily a mindset: doing the right thing at every step in the process to achieve the best results.
We do this by listening closely to what our customers say. What needs do they have? What is their desired end result? And how can we exceed their expectations? Moreover, we work according to strict procedures and have built in numerous inspection and auditing points. Because anyone can deliver a machine, but a lot more is needed to deliver the best machine.
To us, safety is a very broad concept. On the one hand it concerns the safety of the people who are directly involved in our production process and our products: staff, suppliers and customers. Above all else, they must be able to do their job safely.
But we have another responsibility: protecting the safety of the powders our customers work with. That's why, when we design and build our machines, food safety is at the top of our priority list. Because without complete safety, there can be no high-quality powders.

We are also member of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). This non-profit consortium's principal goal is to promote food safety by improving hygienic engineering and hygienic design in all aspects of food production. Members of the EHEDG are equipment manufacturers, food producers, suppliers to the food industry, research institutes and universities, public health authorities and governmental organizations.
