Gross weighing system This system is suitable for sticky products. The gross weighing principle makes it possible to weigh the product directly into the sack. It can also be used in locations where height is insufficient. Subject to the construction the capacity is 100 up to 300 sacks per hour. |

Volume dosing Volume dosing is available for handling products such as sand, gravel, potting soil etc. For products such as cat litter, granules etc. a chamber-dosing device can be used. |

Dosing systems
Arodo dosing devices are selected according to product characteristics. The dosing
system can be divided into various components:
Screw dosing
This dosing system is used for powdery products. A screw dosing unit consists
of a bulk dosing screw for coarse dosing and a small one for fine dosing. Both
screws are fitted with a pneumatically operated shut-off valve. The number of
revolutions of the screws can be adjusted by means of a frequency control
system.
Belt dosing
This dosing system is used for fragile products such as muesli, expanded grains
or products which may not be damaged.
Two-stage valve dosing
This dosing system has been developed for “free flowing” products.
Vibrating trough dosing
This dosing system is used for big products such as dog cookies, coal, stones
etc.
