Arodo sack filling systems are suitable for sack weights ranging from 1 to 5 kg or from 5 to 50 kg. Sacks of any size and shape can be handled. In almost every system the sack top is stretched on the filling spout. The sack is transported to the closing section using a transport device to guarantee 100% accurate and reliable presentation of the stretched sack top. Transport to each closing station is executed in stepped synchronisation to ensure critical closing or pre-closing operations such as sealing, fold over and pinch etc. are executed on a stationary sack. A wide range of product dosing devices is available to suit a variety of product flow characteristics.

Fully automatic stainless steel packing line for the food industry.
A net weighing system featuring screw dosing and top up dosing for very accurate weighing of powdered milk. 

 The dosing and weighing unit includes a quick removal rail assembly and easy access doors to simplify and speed up the cleaning process. The closing system features a pinch closing and sealing device with additional sealing of a p.e. in-liner. A vacuum deaeration chamber is included before the sealing system so that the in-liner can be fully sealed without requiring perforations.

Fully-automatic packing line
Net weighing system featuring both a screw dosing system suitable for powdery products and a vibrating trough dosing device for coarse particulates. The closing section comprises a pinch closing system that includes an impulse sealer for sealing a PE in-liner.
